1900Mark has worked building custom cabinets for most of his life. He first began to learn his skills at Damascus High School in 1973. There he learned the skills he needed to build high end furniture and cabinets. His high school treasures are still being used today by proud family members!

Mark owned Paintrock Cabinets in Basin WY from 1990-2010. There he built  over 250  Kitchens in his little one man shop along with some help from his family. His girls learned the true meaning of work ethics, how to work smart and have fun while doing it.

In 2007 Mark took his first Mission trip to Peru. Little did he know it would change the rest of his life.  He has now taken at least 10 trips in the past eleven years . Volunteering his time at a small orphanage in Tarapoto, as well as helping with Medical clinics, and building pews for a church.  This has also become a family tradition all of his children have taken trips on their own or led small groups to go help these amazing  people.

When Mark and his wife became empty nesters.  They began working with youth and traveling from state to state never sure of where God would have them settle.  They came to the conclusion to remodel a 33 ft travel trailer and set out to work and help others, becoming The Traveling Craftsman.

The Traveling Craftsman will travel wherever you need work done. Your project will help fund him to help others along the way.
